It looks like there will be two different version available for the release of the Wii U.

First one being the Basic Set ($299.99):

• Gamepad
• Console
• HDMI Cable
• Sensor Bar
• AC Adaptor

Second one being the Deluxe Set ($349.99):

• 32GB Memory
• Gamepad
• Gamepad Charging Cradle
• Gamepad Stand
• Console
• Console Stand
• Nintendo Land
• HDMI Cable
• Sensor Bar
• AC Adaptor
• Enrolled in Deluxe Digital Promotion

The release date for both of these consoles will be November 18, 2012, it doesn't look like anywhere is accepting pre-orders yet but will update thread with that information as soon as it comes available!
