Counter-Strike is a first-person shooter in which players join either the terrorist team, the counter-terrorist team, or become spectators. Each team attempts to complete their mission objective and/or eliminate the opposing team. Each round starts with the two teams spawning simultaneously.

All of us remember the original Counter-Strike, and most people who played this game were as addicted as I was. Counter-Strike set the boundaries for a lot of online games we have today and offered options that other games that time did not have.  With the release of the new Counter-Strike Global offensive they have set the bar extremely high once again.  Taking what they had learned from previous games, other games, and created an experience that most FPS (First Person Shooter) gamers would say is great.  Not only did they take most of the old maps, characters, and weapons and remaster them, they also added new content to the game, such as new game options, weapons, and a whole new interface.

I would give Counter-Strike Global Offensive a solid 9 out of 10 stars.  With Counter-Strike Global Offensive being only $15 dollars its one of the best valued games on the market to date.  Counter-Strike Global Offensive gives you the same if not better quality then your $60 dollar games, and has a massive following so there is never a shortage of people who are playing. The game is offered on both the PS3 and Xbox 360 Console, while also still being available on the PC and MAC.  This gives any gamer an option when deciding what platform to play on.  I will list the system requirements below for all pcs, also with a link to Steam to purchase this awesome game.
